We are seeking a Booking Clerk to join our team within the Outpatient Clinic, Meade Clinical Centre.
- Key responsibilities of the role:
- Maintaining accurate patient information on waiting lists and appointments-
- Scheduling outpatient clinic appointments-
- Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health Targets-
- Collating all information required for the patient appointments-

**Mōu | About you**
- Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:
- Excellent communication skills-
- Strong customer service focus-
- Strong administration and computer skills, previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.-
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
