**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Inpatients Bookings are looking for customer service and data entry superstars who are adaptable and great at solving puzzles to schedule and book elective surgery patients to theatre lists in ENT, Gynaecology and Plastics. Liaise with patients and clinical staff to get the best outcomes for Elective Surgery Patients. Utilise your flexibility and problem solving skills in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
- Key responsibilities of the role:

- Timely and accurate loading of patients onto a waitlist as required
- Ensure all cancellations are processed and communicated in a timely manner
- Remove patients from waitlists as directed
- Schedule patients for procedures using the established policy or standard operating procedures
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Provide a customer focused telephone service with patients and face to face with stakeholders.
