We are looking for dynamic and organised Operations Coordinator to join our Auckland team for a
**9 month, Fixed-Term period**.

**Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring that all managers and supervisors are fully trained in all applicable operational administrative and HSE processes and meet their required obligations.
- Support the compliance manager to ensure that event reporting timeframes, investigations and applicable compliance reviews are carried out according to procedures.
- Coordinate business projects to an agreed action plan.
- Conduct regular site visits checking efficiency of adherence to agreed upon operational procedures and supporting processes.
- Identify and where applicable coordinate and assist all internal and external training as identified as being necessary by the relevant managers and supervisors.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Flexibility in schedule to meet the availability of customer sites, availability of the operational and frontline team and to travel around the wider Auckland area.
- Relevant experience in HR, HSEQ, operations, administration, or business support.
- New Zealand full drivers licence required.
- Able to pass relevant screening and security checks.
- Good customer skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and multi-task.
- Adaptable communication skills.
