Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
Hinekōrako is the self-service portal for drinking water suppliers and laboratories and for Taumata Arowai, it is our regulatory and intelligence platform. An integral part of this coordinator role will be to become our super user for Hinekōrako. To be the first point of contact for information that supports primarily our regulatory team and at times, external users in how to best utilise the portal. In this role you will:

- Become familiar with our data base and online portal and assist the regulatory delivery team in the access, input and extraction of this information
- Quality check and maintain data integrity
- Ensure our online portal is kept up to date with the relevant information; e.g business rules
- Coordinate work allocation to the appropriate regulatory delivery team
- Provide coordination support to the wider Regulatory team with BAU and project delivery

Joining a growing team, you will work closely with colleagues to collaborate, develop processes and improve efficiency as we implement best practice within the Regulatory Teams.

- Has a solutions focused and continuous improvement mindset
- Can coordinate and help the teams to initiate, develop and implement projects
- Has experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (Advantageous)
