Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the Role
You will be providing executive support to the Director Assurance. A key part of the role will be to provide high quality, timely and proactive support to the Director and foster on-going effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This position will also contribute to ongoing business unit activities and supports priority events and specific pieces of work.

**Your key role duties will include**:

- Managing the Director's calendar and inbox with a focus on coordination and forward planning
- Managing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage and prioritise the Director's workflow
- Organising meetings, workshops, events and minute taking
- Supporting priority events or specific pieces of work
- Assisting with onboarding and training
- Managing invoicing and expenditure activities and organising travel on behalf of the Director Assurance
- Providing coordination support to the wider Directorate if required
- Identify any relevant system and process improvement opportunities

**To will be a good fit for the role if you have**:

- Proven experience in administrative and event coordination and support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to think ahead and plan appropriately
- Ability to identify and manage priorities
- Work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
- Experience working with computer packages, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and electronic document management systems

These team ensure we are operating in line with regulatory and non-regulatory standards through a range of fit for purpose monitoring regimes and interventions where necessary.
