**What will you do?**
Reporting to the General Manager - Development NZ, your role will be responsible for leading and managing Ryman Developments to ensure the performance and delivery of developments are delivered to a Ryman standard of "good enough for mum and dad".
Core responsibilities include:
- Sourcing development sites and managing the acquisition and transaction process.
- Appointing and leading the consultant team.
- Establishing, maintaining, and monitoring development budgets and programmes, ensuring developments meet financial targets, programme and quality expectations.
- Working with sales, marketing, finance, construction, and operations to ensure approvals and outcomes.
- Pursuing innovative and best practice design and development principals that result in market leading projects.
- Continually monitoring market and competitor activity in relation to the direction and the performance of each project and recommending changes where applicable.

**Who are you?**
- You have proven experience in a similar role working on large scale developments within a corporate environment.
- You have a strong project delivery skillset within the development space from planning through to delivery.
- You will have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude, as well as a very collaborative approach and a partnering mindset.
- You will be calm and composed, even during times of pressure, and show determination and perseverance.
- You will approach problems with positivity and find a way to get things done.
- Will be willing to make timely and well-reasoned decisions and provide clear information and explanations, both verbally and in writing.
