- Insurance experience - absolutely necessary. Claims specific experience - even better
- Proven Customer Service & Administration experience
- High level computer literacy
- Outstanding communication - both written and verbal
- Empathy, understanding and passion for customers
- Great problem-solving skills & adaptable nature.
