**Tō tūranga hou | Your new role**
In this role, you will be based on site with one of our major clients and be responsible for engaging and assisting recruiters and hiring managers with the recruitment and onboarding process.

As valued Client Coordinator your skills will be utilised across a range of duties including;
- Creating and advertising vacancies on relevant job boards
- Updating and managing the applicant tracking system and relevant databases with accurate information in a timely manner
- Initialising background check processes for credit, MOJ and visas checks
- Work across multiple databases, systems and be confident working with MS suite
- Generating and managing the offering and onboarding documents including offer letters, contracts, compliance & payroll documents
- Your skills may also be required for ad hoc duties such as additional reporting and identifying opportunities for improved service delivery or areas of risk with health & safety.

- Working in an administrative based environment
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage self and time effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Ability to work accurately with confidential documents
- Demonstrates a high level of personal professionalism and credibility
- 6+ months experience working in a recruitment environment, for purposes of understanding recruitment compliance requirements, such as health and safety & onboarding documentation

In return you will have a career not just a job. You will have the best tools and training at your disposal and a supportive team. We offer competitive packages ranging from $55,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience. This is for full time employment based on a 40-hour work week, based in Auckland.
