**What our client can offer**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, family owned and operated MSP that has a loyal and varied client base. Here the owners work in the business alongside the team to maintain a strong internal culture where everyone is empowered and trusted to deliver outstanding IT services, solutions and support to customers.

Currently based in North Christchurch, this company has a modern office that is close to numerous shops, cafes and amenities.

**What you will do**:
You will be providing level 2 help desk support and occasional onsite technical support for a range of clients. Your responsibilities will include logging, fixing and escalating when required client support tickets, and assisting with O365 administration and set up. You will also assist with PC, hardware and software set up, and helping out with some networking issues.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
To be considered for this role, you will have;
- 2 - 5 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk roles
- Experience with ConnectWise or a similar MSP management system
- A current New Zealand driver’s licence (restricted or full)
- Working knowledge of general IT hardware and network diagnostics
- Certifications in and a strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Azure and Intune
- Excellent written and spoken English skills and phone manner
- EQ, independence, motivation, enthusiasm and professionalism
- A customer focus and a desire to provide a quality service
- A great attitude coupled with a flexible approach to helping your colleagues when things are busy.

Please note for this role you must currently be in New Zealand with work rights holding either NZ Citizenship, Residency or a valid ongoing work visa.
