Site Support Administrator

Our client is one of the largest FMCG global manufacturers in New Zealand. A rare opportunity has become available and we are now seeking a Site Support Administrator.
The main objective of the role is performing administrative tasks that support the day-to-day requirements of the site leadership and the wider team.
**Pay rate: $30-$35 per hour**
**Location: Mangere**
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Raise purchase requisitions for site consumables
- Coordinate consumables inventory and liaise with the team to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained
- Process invoices in SAP, resolving and PO/payment issues by communicating with the Accounts team and vendors
- Coordinate site meetings across both Dayshift and Nightshift teams
- Cover reception duties, including administering site mail and courier requirements
- Liaise with Operations Managers for external training requirements and coordinate with service providers and keep records up to date
- Coordinate site visits and tours, ensuring all site requirements are met
- Order PPE for staff and attending any Health and Safety meetings
- Order First Aid consumables and report all hazards/incidents in a timely manner
- Previous PA/Senior Administrative experience
- Excellent organization and administration skills to support the wider team
- Proficient in MS suite skills and strong communication skills
- Experience using SAP would be preferred
- High attention to detail and time management skills
