**What will you do?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Clinical and Quality Operations team as a Clinical Operations Administrator. This is a diverse and varied role where you will support the team responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the clinical and quality standards of all the Ryman villages.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Clinical and Quality operations team, including diary and meeting management
- Coordinating internal communication to our villages
- Coordinating feedback from our residents and their families, ensuring all feedback is managed in a timely manner
- Supporting with village audits
- Working collaboratively with the wider team on a range of improvement projects; continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and systems

- You have proven administrative / coordination experience, with an exceptional eye for detail
- Ideally you have experience in the health sector and/or an understanding of H&S standards
