Hind Management is looking for an accounts clerk/ finance assistant to support our support office team and busy day-to-day transactions, contribute to the smooth running of the finance team, meet month-end timeframes, support other finance members and be available for ad hoc admin tasks. If you have an accounting background and are interested in account procedures, we’d like to talk to you. Ultimately, you’ll support maintaining our company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources well to support our hotels and business units across the country.

Our support office team are on the move at the end of July to a brand new office space designed by Studio DB design team, on central Queen street surrounded by cafes, shops in the heart of the CBD.

Who We Are | Ko Wai Mātou

**Responsibilities**:

- Posting and processing journal entries
- Maintaining financial records
- Conducting reconciliations of accounts
- Generating financial reports
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintaining inventory records
- Track and reconcile hotels’ daily revenue files
- Bank reconciliations
- Support end-of-month processes and keep organized records
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable overflow
- Provide administrative support to the finance and executive team as required.
- Other ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Relevant degree/diploma in accounting or a related field.
