**About the Role**

To support the continued growth of blood and plasma donors in the Auckland and Northland region, we are looking for two Donor Relations Coordinators to join the team. You will work within the Mobile Blood Drive team to support the effective planning, delivery, execution and analysis of the mobile blood and plasma drives and activities to ensure we achieve the growth targets needed.

You will carry out the following tasks
- Researching, identifying and engaging with new donor acquisition opportunities
- Efficient execution of securing mobile venues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring excellent donor experiences at every opportunity
- Ensuring the integrity of the supporter databases
- Responsible for achieving blood and plasma new and retained donor targets
- Below-the-line promotions of mobile blood drives i.e. social media channels at a localised level, local radio or newspaper
- Effectively communicate with existing businesses and community groups to ensure their continued support
- Responsible for ensuring all information is captured correctly in the CRM systems
- Reporting to the Donor Relations Team Leader
- Based out of the Epsom Donor Centre
- Relationship building with donors on-site at the mobiles

- Resilience in handling losses and overcoming objections
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Experienced with databases and CRM tools
