In this role, you will support our Faculty Development Managers, of which there are currently eleven, with an additional four working overseas. You’ll produce high quality and compelling reports to donors to the University, showing the impact of their gifts on staff and students, and the progression of vital research.

The goal of this role is for you to take on an agreed number of key internal relationships for each manager, to ensure that the faculty staff members are aware of the need to report, the timelines of the reports and the best way to communicate the needed information. This will ensure that we are meeting our reporting commitments and enhancing our relationships with our donors.

**Your core responsibilities will involve**:

**Process improvement** - Once you have settled into the role, we would like you to begin improving how we do things. This will include projects such as working with our Stewardship team in developing an active calendar and tracking system, to make sure we are communicating at the right times through the year, as well as working with the Development Managers on streamlining what we already do.

**Manage and grow our digital library** - This includes a library of images and our impact report library. You will be responsible for the curation and growth of these libraries.

For more detailed information, please refer to the Position Description.
