As our Fundraising Coordinator, you will work closely with the Fundraising & Marketing Manager to deliver impactful fundraising campaigns, manage donor data, and general Fundraising support.
Your work will help ensure our fundraising efforts run smoothly, engage donors effectively, and maximise community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising Campaigns & Support – Coordinate logistics for key fundraising campaigns, assist with materials and communications, engage donors, and track campaign performance.Database & Donor Management – Maintain and update the donor database (Salesforce), generate reports, and support best practices in data management.Grant Reporting Support – Assist with reporting to funders, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.General Administration – Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and general supporter services.What We're Looking For·Some experience in fundraising, marketing, or communications.·Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.·Experience with donor databases (Salesforce preferred) and data management.·Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.·A team player with a passion for making a difference.What We Offer·A meaningful role where your work directly impacts healthcare and community well-being.·A flexible and supportive working environment.·The opportunity to extend your interest or skills in Fundraising and data management alongside a passionate, high-performing team.Join us and be part of something bigger.
