The Senior Compliance & Assurance Manager, Prudential role is critical to making this happen by advising on, maintaining and overseeing the compliance framework governing ANZ’s Conditions of Registration (CoR Framework).

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Develop, implement and maintain the CoR Framework
Manage a robust approach to positive assurance over the CoR Framework
Manage periodic attestation and breach reporting processes
Influence and engage with stakeholders to ensure the framework and our obligations are executed in an effective manner
Provide specialist advice and training on matters relating to prudential compliance and
Report and present where required to our senior leaders and governance forums

**Role Location**: Auckland or Wellington

**Role Type**: Permanent

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated ability to work productively with regulatory bodies and to lead and manage complex and probing regulatory examinations to ensure best outcomes are achieved for the firm
Proven ability to provide sound rationale to influence and persuade stakeholders in the decision making process
Relevant degree and at least 4 years’ experience in a legal, regulatory or compliance role
Superior verbal and written communication skills, in conjunction with proven ability to form strong relationships across large organisations and to influence and lead change
