Our client, a large banking institution is looking to add a Senior Compliance & Assurance Manager, Prudential to their team. This role is responsible for the compliance frameworks governing the bank's Conditions of Registration (CoR). You will provide a robust approach to assurance over these licensing obligations and attestation processes, as well as maintaining the frameworks and any changes necessary.

As the Senior Manager in this space, you will also provide specialist advice on compliance matters relating to CoR. The role will also assist with the creation of processes and procedures relevant to the management of the regulatory change and regulatory interactions as part of the bank's compliance management requirements, and the Division Obligations Register in the COR system.

**This role is also responsible for but not limited to**:

- Develop and maintain relevant policies, ensuring obligations and policies are developed as required
- Ensure regulatory change requirements are understood and support business in implementation on a timely basis
- Translate regulations/laws into obligations and work collaboratively with the business to ensure minimum control standards are applied
- Review of risk profiles relating to relevant risk types and guidance on mitigation and treatment plans
- Provide advice and oversee compliance plans and relevant compliance collateral including ongoing assurance for the allocated area of expertise.

**About you**:

- Strong Compliance background and knowledge
- Strong understanding of the relevant business processes
- Experience of leading through influence and collaborative style of working
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build sound relationships throughout the business
- Strong communication to influence Executive Stakeholders in the decision-making process.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
