**About The Role**:
This new role is responsible for providing internal strategy advisory expertise. As Head of Executive Services, you are the champion and steward of the strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role will own the frameworks/process/systems that support the SLT to deliver on the strategy. You will oversee the planning and performance reporting process, supporting the operational cadence of Connetics. As a member of SLT, you will have strong relationships with colleagues, collaborating and supporting alignment of activities to the strategy. You will also lead a portfolio of strategic projects.

**You will bring**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- A track record of success in making strategies come to life with a mix of consulting, operations and/or governance experience
- Experience in delivery of complex projects and programme management
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence, enrol and align Senior Leaders to strategic direction
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A mindset for improvement, reflection and learning
- Ability to coach others and facilitate groups
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

**You will be**:

- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach
- A strategic thinker, with an adaptable style and skill in handling ambiguity
- Flexible and available in your approach, with great teamwork.
