The position is available for a Workshop Parts Manager to join our high-performing team at Pacific Toyota Bayfair. Not only will your skills and expertise be well rewarded, but you will also have the opportunity of further career development within our nationwide group.

Key tasks for this role include:

- Determining and arranging workshop service and parts needs- A proven track record within a franchise service and parts department- Accurate administration and inventory management skills- Ability to communicate and build collaborative relationships within a management team- Maintaining our high level of customer service- Positive and performance driven attitude, thriving to achieve goals, targets and KPI’s while being appreciative of the achievements that success brings- The skills to provide superior service and a seamless experience to our customers and workshop- A high standard of computer skills- A ‘Can Do’ attitude- Fun and outgoing personalityThe successful applicant must possess a strong eye for detail and accurate data entry skills, outstanding customer service skills and clear communication is paramount.
