**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and supporting technicians, sales and office teams
- Problem solving for colleagues and customers alike to improve service
- Processing Warranties, parts orders and tracking,
- Communications between suppliers and customers.
The right person
- Has previous management experience preferably in the Agricultural, Horticultural or Heavy Diesel sectors
- Has an understanding of Diesel machinery and parts required or farming equipment
- Perhaps an ex mechanic looking to move to the office side of the workshop
- Is able to provide 2 work referees
- Lives locally with Residency or Citizenship
