About the role Position: Administrator We are looking for an experienced and confident multitasker to join our team
The successful candidate will coordinate administrative functions, relating effectively and accurately to our Diesel Engineering Services Workshops.
Location: Sulphur Point, Tauranga Status: Full Time – Fixed Term 1 year contract 1 July 2024 – 1 July 2025 Hours: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday Duties: This is a busy and varied role includes: Coordinating Daily/ Weekly / Monthly tasks Administer and issues PO's and purchases Reporting and reconciliations Building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you: You will need to be professional, well-spoken, organised and have a strong desire to learn to be successful in this role.
Two years' experience in administration and or accounts (preferred but not essential) Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Health and Safety conscious with a positive attitude Showcase initiative and have a genuine desire to deliver positive outcomes If you have a dedicated work ethic, are keen to learn and can work hard every day then we want to hear from you
