The Customer Service Department serves Counties Manukau Health outpatient sites, including the Manukau Super Clinic, the Botany Super Clinic, Manukau Surgery Centre and Middlemore Hospital
We have a casual position available working casually between the hours 7:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday and based at 15 Lambie Drive. You must be available to cover at short notice.
Essential

Intermediate level of MS Outlook, Excel & Word
Reliable and punctual
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience
Excellent English language skills both written & verbal
Attention to detail

Desired

Knowledge of a hospital environment and medical terminology desirable but not essential

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement, which is between $70,970 to $73,941 pro-rata.
