Front Office Receptionist

Ramada Hotel Wellington & Microtel by Wyndham Wellington are looking for front office staff. Experience will look into preferably however we are happy to train someone with right attitude.

You will have a real passion for hospitality, preferably with previous hotel experience, and you interact well within a team environment. If you love guest service and some math, we would love to hear from you.

As a guest service agent you need to have the flexibility and the right attitude to work a variety of shifts and the ability to work across a rotating roster. Monday to Sunday - morning and afternoon shifts.

General hours range between 630am until 10pm.

Being the first and last point of contact for our guests, we are looking for individuals with the following qualities.
- Positive work attitude
- Enthusiastic
- Outgoing
- Great communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Well-groomed
- Ability to work on their own
- Willingness to exceed expectations of our guests

**Duties include**:

- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out
- Dealing with guest inquiries
- Daily cashiering and other general Front Desk duties
- Communicate with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, VIP guests/rooms, special requests, room moves or changes
- Answering the main switchboard
- Assisting the housekeeping department during busy periods

**Salary**: $22.70 - $23.70 per hour
