We are currently looking for **Receptionists** for our Front Office department to help deliver authentic and amazing guest experiences We welcome you to join us in the front row at **SO/ Auckland** and become a part of Accor's lifestyle brand collective **Ennismore**

**Job Description** THE ROLE**
- Check in and Check out guests and maintain accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis
- Open communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments
- Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required
- Assist with guests queries effectively and efficiently
- Operate solution center effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge

**Qualifications** THE PERSON**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5 star luxury/lifestyle environment
- Has high standards to drive and achieve excellent guest experiences
- Demonstrated experience in handling emergency situations and guest conflict
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster including public holidays as part of the job role
- Experience with Opera PMS and Micros will be beneficial
