We're looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our Digital whānau at Te Mana Rererangi Tūmatanui o Aotearoa I Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA).

The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for making connections and acting as the conduit between the Digital Team and other CAA groups. You will make digital/ICT easier for our users by understanding them, their business needs, and contribute to delivering great user outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Wellington/Aucklamd and will offer a salary range of $128,950-$153,224 (mid-point), depending on your skills and experience.

Here’s the broader responsibilities you’ll deliver:

- Previous experience in digital/ICT relationship management, business development, portfolio and/or account management
- Ideally, previous experience in business analysis and understands strategic side of the business
- Relationship building and networking skills
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- An analytical and growth mind set and able to translate information into insights
- Experience in evaluating financial accounts, budgets and cash-flow
- Proactive, with a ‘can-do' attitude
- Likes challenges and has decision making skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
