**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Based in Auckland, the role is responsible for owning, creating and maintaining clear guidelines and processes for consistent pricing, cash and payroll related activities that are in line with Woolworths Group practices, policies and NZ legislation.

As our Store Services Lead, you will represent WWNZ as the SME and decision maker in all enablement forums relating to the areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead or support business change projects relating to store compliance regarding pricing integrity, payroll and cash
- Represent Operations Support as a member on relevant forums and working groups
- Oversee in-store price integrity, payroll and cash compliance related processes including to identify, design and implement process improvement to mitigate key risks associated with the end to end process.
- Lead or support P1 and P2 pricing incidents impacting storesBe the SME on cash compliance for stores, partnering with Group and Tech to providing support and guidance as required and connecting team to relevant support channels

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will have 5+ years experience in an FMCG / Retail environment with a strong team enablement focus who is commercially strategic and has experience in demonstrating strong business acumen and an agile mindset.

You will be someone who has a policy, procedure and compliance background in a large scale company who will think about all the touchpoints, impacts and connectivity when developing proposed solutions and implementing change into the business.

To succeed in this role you will bring:

- Background in store services related areas including, payroll operations, cash, compliance & governance
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of in-store processes and procedures
- Naturally curious with a warm and engaging leadership style
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, supported by experience in leading teams
- Experience in operating and reviewing controlsHigh level of analytical skills and proficient working with large sets of data, maintaining data integrity
