We are seeking a Business Partnership Administration Advisor to join the MASH Trust Team. People and Culture works with our organisational team of 550 to Enable Good Lives.

MASH Trust is an innovative provider of health, wellness, and disability support services in the lower North Island. MASH Trust supports thousands of individuals and families, with a dedicated team of 550 employees and volunteers. Our Organisation operates across multiple locations, Greater Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Manawatu, Whanganui and Hawkes Bay. The work we do is deeply ingrained in the guiding principles of the ‘MASH Way of Working’. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.

MASH has recently completed a transformation and is now embedding an approach to improve, innovate and reinvent the way we do things. It’s a busy exciting time to join our organisation

In People and Culture we collaborate with our internal stakeholders to build up their teams.

Our aim is to work with them to identify their strengths, evaluate problems alongside MASH’s strategic goals, test ideas, make informed decisions and once approved, deploy them.

As part of embedding our transformation you will be involved in streamlining People and Cultures process, systems and reporting e.g. Development planning, Performance, policies and guidelines. Modelling the new culture and how we work as One Team will very much be part of the day-to-day job.

Finally, you provide support and guidance to managers, with coaching provided by the Business Partners and other People and Culture specialists. This is likely to be a geographic accountability, being based In Palmerston North and will require travel to Hawkes Bay from time to time.

**To be successful in this role you will have/be**:

- Extensive administrative experience in a similar sized organisation
- You will want to be part of a positive transformation and change
- Knowledge and understanding of / empathy for the people we support
- Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity and complexity
- A “can do” attitude combined with a team player working style
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with staff and managers
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Human Resource Management) desirable but not essential
