**About the role**: As part of the HR team, you will provide critical administrative assistance to them, ensuring deadlines are met, processes are followed, documentation is prepared promptly and accurately, key stakeholders are communicated with and a great service is provided. Recruitment support will be a key function in this role, as well as other adhoc administration duties. You will be kept busy and you will get great satisfaction from seeing processes through from start to finish, with pleasing outcomes for the business.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Meeting coordination
- Compiling information packs and guides
- Preparing offer documentation
- Coordinating advertising
- General HR support & admin

**Start Date**:ASAP

**Days/ Hours**: Monday to Friday, normal full-time business hours

**About You**:You will have experience in a similar role already, and have good understanding of HR and Recruitment terminology, employment legislation, and strong administation skills. A can-do attitude is a must, and you will have a strong desire to provide first class service and support to the HR team and vacancy applicants alike - make a great impression
