**Wellington Branch Administrator**

Our Wellington team is looking for a fast, organised and detailed
**Branch Administrator** to manage all administration responsibilities for a dedicated branch in the Wellington Central Region of OCS, as well as provide administrative support where needed across the branch. Ideally you will be computer savvy and have excellent communication skills.

**Key skills & experience required**:

- Strong knowledge in word/excel/outlook
- You have medium to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- You thrive under pressure, delivering your best work within deadlines.
- You have a diverse communication skill set.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Be an organised and motivated individual
- Can work independently
- Can easily pick up new systems and is a quick learner

**Responsibilities include but will not be limited to**:

- Raising purchase orders and sales orders
- Ordering stock, maintaining, and preparing reports
- Responding to any queries relating to processing amendments and on-demand requests as required
- Maintaining/updating contracts reports including cost center, work breakdown structure (WBS) element, and customers’ details
- Reconciling charges against costing sheets, specifications, schedules, and auto-billing to ensure accuracy
