Auckland Branch Administrator

At OCS we offer our customers full professional cleaning and facilities management services throughout New Zealand. With close to 4000 staff working with us across New Zealand, we can offer a range of opportunities for people with the right drive, experience, and ambition. Our Auckland team is looking for a fast, organised and detailed **Branch Administrator** to manage all administration responsibilities for a dedicated branch within the Auckland Division of OCS, as well as provide administrative support where needed across the branches. Ideally you will be computer savvy and have excellent communication skills.

**Key skills & experience required**:

- Relevant experience in similar role or tertiary qualification preferred in accounting and or Business.
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software, SAP experience preferred but not essential.
- You have medium to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- You thrive under pressure, delivering your best work within deadlines.
- You have a diverse communication skill set.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Be an organised and motivated individual

**Responsibilities include but will not be limited to**:

- Assisting in preparing budget reports
- Raising purchase orders and sales orders
- Ordering stock, maintaining, and preparing stock take reports
- Responding to any queries relating to wages and processing amendments and on-demand requests as required
- Maintaining/updating contracts reports including cost center, work breakdown structure (WBS) element, and customers’ details
- Preparing consumables reports, journals, and accruals
- Reconciling charges against costing sheets, specifications, schedules, and auto-billing to ensure accuracy
