**About the role**:
Showcase your superior administration and organisational skills providing secretarial support to the Managing Director of a very successful, locally owned and operated, manufacturing and construction business who supply high quality products to both the residential and commercial construction sectors.
- Organising meetings and taking notes
- Travel bookings
- Assisting with job management and documentation
- Managing the "Tenders" inbox and ensuring all requests are responded to
- Support the Office Manager with financial reporting and payroll
- Trouble shooting IT issues
**Skills and experience**:
- Previous experience as a PA/Office administrator ideally within a construction or trade environment
- Excellent systems skills, especially the MS Office Suite - primarily Outlook and Excel
- Technology savvy and the ability to troubleshoot minor IT issues and pick up new systems with ease
- Dedicated, reliable and consistent with great communication and follow through
- Ability to prioritise and ensure nothing gets missed
