Administrator/secretary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members across multiple locations
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organise documents, files, and databases
- Assist with project coordination and communication between teams
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process incoming and outgoing mail including courier deliveries
- Assist with HR responsibilities
- A relevant qualification but this is not mandatory
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Background in the construction industry is advantageous
- Facilities management experience is highly preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HR experience is preferred
Travel requirements
- A component of this role is travel to Taupo and Wellington as required by the business
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
