The opportunity:
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our newly formed Digital Distribution team as a Senior Manager - Digital Distribution Partnerships.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping make New Zealand become one the healthiest and most protected nations in the world.

Following the successful launch of the new Digital non-advice AIA Starter plans, this role is help grow the new Digital channel ecosystem to reach and engage our target customer segments.

From overall partnership strategy, to day-to-day pipeline management, this role is a dream for a commercially minded, creative thinker and collaborating genius to deliver positive business, partner and customer value.

About the role:
Partner Pipeline Management- Defining Digital Partner Strategy to support identification, exploration, value opportunity, engagement of key partners to achieve set KPIs.- Ongoing pipeline management and reporting to senior NZ and Group colleagues.

Onboarding- Onboarding and end-to-end integration with the most appropriate technology and operating solution with select partner(s) to achieve maximum efficiencies and scalability at speed- Adopting agile methods of working to bring key stakeholders on the journey and support the delivery

Defining and design of Partner and Customer Proposition- Lifting Direct to Customer core proposition offering and creating compelling value proposition for the Partner and their customer

Go-to-market planning and delivery owner for each Partner- Creating a programme delivery model and taking leadership role with key stakeholders to undertake the delivery to define the annual and quarterly go-to-market tactics and support requirements (UX, Content, Digital Assets, Marketing and Brand Communications, Customer Service) to achieve KPIs.- Provide clear strategic direction, ensuring the core and support team(s) are engaged and aligned.- Manage the execution of the strategy to ensure effective resource allocation, program prioritization and programme delivery.- Engagement in Partner development opportunities, in conjunction with business leaders (i.e. Vitality, PI) as required.

Performance and Analytics- Establish sales funnel performance stream and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies per Partner.- Creating and sharing periodic reports and / or deepdives to influence delivery tactics per Partner.

Stakeholder Management- Develop strategic relationships and manage key stakeholder engagement across the organization.- Act as a thought leader and key influencer around Digital Partnerships across the business.

For this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- A kick ass growth mindset with a strong commercial and creative skill set- Strong Partner and Distribution channel experience- Strong Digital marketing know-how- Strong relationship management skills- Ability to deliver under pressure and in tight timeframes- Strong strategic thinker and ability to convert into compelling tactics- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage through change and develop and motivate a team- Experience and understanding of Agile Methodologies- Strong understanding of the marketing environment in New Zealand, particularly ‘direct to consumer’ and ‘direct to partner’.
