**The role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Administrator to join our busy and broad Engineering Team.

The Engineering team are responsible for ensuring our equipment and facilities are running like a dream. This includes scheduled maintenance and repairs for everything from machinery to lights to air conditioning to water pumps.

You will manage our maintenance database and our Engineering Document Register to ensure our maintenance, calibration and repair activities are recorded, you will create checklists for preventative maintenance, you will update Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures and manage archiving of documents.

You will maintain our stores including stock levels, stock takes, research on parts and products and ordering.

You will liaise with contractors for site visits, follow ups, online and onsite induction and security access.

This is a great role for someone who has an interest in all things engineering.
