**About the Company**:
AB Food Industries Limited is based in South Auckland and has been manufacturing foods for over 30 years. We are contracted to supply the big supermarket groups. We are now seeking a Production & System Administrator to join our team.

**About the role**

This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date.

**Job Descriptions**

**IT Support and Operations**:

- IT Administrator-Managing the company Network & SAP system
- Production Data Analysis.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify compliance issues and risks.
- Conducting investigations of security breaches and compliance.
- Develop and maintain social media marketing in online store for food products

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Managing office supplies and equipment procurement for engineering department
- Supporting production managers in resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Handling compliance checks documentation.
- Communicating policies effectively to staff and provide training as necessary.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and user accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and audit results.
- Serving as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance to staff as needed.
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

**Working Place, hours, Wages level and other benefit**
- Work from our Company premise in South Auckland-43 Aintree Avenue, Mangere, Auckland
- 35-40 per week. Minimum hours guarantee: 35 hrs
- Remuneration: hour rate NZ$30.00~ NZ$32
- Annual Leave: 4 weeks per annum and KiwiSaver

**About you required qualification, skills and work experience**
- Bachelor degree in IT/engineering related qualification
- Basic Food knowledge
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in roles of IT support/administration and preferable in food industry
- Any experience in developing and implementing social media marketing in online store for food products is bonus
- SAP Administration Experience
- Management skill
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to Detail
