We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to manage our Intelligence Policy Team within the GCSB's Intelligence Directorate.
In this role you'll lead a team of intelligence policy specialists who are responsible for the development and maintenance of Signals Intelligence policy, procedures and guidance. The team provides expert advice on intelligence policy matters to senior managers and other stakeholders.
You will bring experience leading a team, preferably a team with a policy development remit, where you have shown effective leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate others.

**You will also demonstrate**:

- Experience as a Signals Intelligence practitioner, preferably in the intelligence reporting or customer relations environment;
- A thorough understanding of intelligence policies, standards and practices, particularly those pertaining to Signals Intelligence;
- Sound understanding of legal and compliance frameworks - doctrine, policies and guidance; and
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a high-level appreciation of English grammar and usage, and demonstrated skills in producing policy artefacts;
