As a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the company while working with the executive team to create different strategies.
As a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, you will:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive remuneration strategies that align with the organization’s goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages and benefits remain competitive and appealing to top talent while retaining existing talent.
- Collaborate closely with and provide guidance to senior leadership, managers, and HR colleagues to drive and manage performance and remuneration review cycles.
- Manage job evaluation processes and maintain a fair and transparent grading system.
- Design and administer an impactful employee benefits program, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and union representatives.

Who you will be:
You will ideally have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in Compensation and Benefits management roles implementing and creating effective remuneration strategies. You will also have a strong understanding of job analysis, market benchmarking, salary structure design, and incentive plan development. You will have good knowledge of labour regulations and familiarity working with various HRIS, payroll software and Microsoft Suite. Experience working with Unions is desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field (or equivalent specialist experience) is preferred.
