In New Zealand, DKSH Services works in partnership with Ferrero Australia and has developed a strong track record successfully marketing beloved confectionery brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Kinder Surprise and Nutella.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, we are seeking a strong administrator to join our Rosedale office in a fixed-term role from early January to the end of April 2025. This part-time role (32 hours/week, 4 days) offers flexibility, you choose your day off
You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Field and Key Account teams. This position involves managing and maintaining databases and systems, overseeing merchandiser payroll and mileage, handling month-end reporting, and loading invoices.
**Key responsibilities**
**Merchandiser Support**:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls from field staff and stores
- Accurately load Travel Time schedules
- Complete and submit fortnightly payroll information to the payroll team
- Maintain accurate call cycles in the system
**General Administration**:
- Purchase and coordinate consumable items (e.g., uniforms, stationery)
- Provide administrative office support to the wider team
- Manage office activities, including arranging meetings, events, and couriers
- Actively participate in internal planning sessions and team meetings
**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:
**Essential**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in MS Suite and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
