**Your new company**
Your new team are highly experienced on earthquake performance and retrofit of existing masonry buildings with solid and active background on: Worldwide post-earthquake site assessment of masonry buildings, extensive and comprehensive experimental research of earthquake retrofit solutions for masonry buildings.

**Your new role**
We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude to provide key support and assistance to business and sales operations. Outstanding communication and relationship skills are essential, along with a solution focused approach and an appetite to make a difference. This is a varied role that requires tenacity, strong attention to detail and initiative. Key tasks:

- Support with processing sales, preparing, and sending quotes and invoices, and responding to enquiries.
- Liaise with clients and deliver a smooth and exceptional service.
- Provide finance and accounting assistance with payroll and expense claims.
- Demonstrate collaborative problem solving and help team members as required.
- Maintain CRM and accounting systems.
- Organise orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain stock inventory and conduct regular stock takes.
- Assist with proofreading and formatting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the general upkeep of the office and warehouse, including sourcing supplies

- Reliable, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver at all times.
