- With continued successful growth, Summerset is looking to maximize their asset performance and are now recruiting for an National Asset Manager. The role reports to the Head of Property and Asset Management and can be based in either Auckland or Wellington.
- This key hire will be responsible for the development of the long-term asset management plan for Summerset’s property assets. This plan will cover all assets in the current asset portfolio and will identify risks and provide risk mitigations; ongoing support and minimize operational costs and improve asset value over the lifecycle of the asset.- **Other key experience will include**:

- Extensive experience in property/asset/project management in NZ or overseas.
- Knowledge and experience of contract negotiation and management.
- Strong analytical and financial experience.
- Sound understanding of the NZ Building Codes, Property, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing and delivering high-quality reporting to executive and board groups.
- High work ethic, passionate, resilient, adaptable and driven toward successful results.
