The newly established Workplace Services Group in He Pou Aronui, Organisational Capability and Services are seeking a Lead Advisor, Asset Management to provide thought leadership and strategic advice, support, and assistance in relation to Property asset management across the Department. We are also looking for someone who can lead all-of-Department processes to ensure the asset base is effectively managed, evaluated and monitored, and provide information and analysis to support ELT decision making on assets. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark.

**You will have proven experience in the following areas**:

- Lead and implement a fit for purpose Asset Management Policy, Asset Management Strategy and Property Asset Management Plan
- Writing and reviewing papers.
- Operating as part of a high performing Property team
- Experience managing internal stakeholders and business owners
- Experience in strategy setting, managing risks and benefits and prioritising activity
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required
