MASH Trust is a leading provider of support services for people with disabilities, mental health conditions, alcohol and addiction struggles, and youth respite care. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.

**About You**:
The successful applicant will be a person that:

- Has strong bid/commercial management and analytical skills, including demonstrable ability to plan, organise, and deliver winning proposals effectively from existing and new sources of funding.

**The hours**:
This position is an 80 hour per fortnight role, Working Monday to Friday

**The Role**

Based in Palmerston North, the Bid & Business Assurance Lead will support the Commercial Manager deliver long-term, sustainable growth in-line with the organisation’s strategic priorities. The role will achieve this by:

- increasing commercial capability of the organisation
- leverage existing relationships and establish new ones with external organisations and internal stakeholders
- identify revenue and grants/ funding opportunities, and analyse commercial information.

This is a hybrid role that combines effective bid management and incisive analysis to create a foundation for adding value into business operations. The Bid & Business Assurance Lead will identify new business opportunities, deliver projects effectively and increase our revenue through a range of funding opportunities.

**You will be responsible for**:

- identifying commercial opportunities and consistently delivering high quality and ultimately winning proposals across the business,
- managing the collection and structuring of relevant data and insights,
