We are looking for a telephone
operator, to work 7.00AM to 3.30PM
on a rotating roster.

**Shifts will be rostered**: 5 shifts on, 10 shifts off working
across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
This
position would appeal to someone who enjoys a challenge and looks for job
satisfaction. Key duties
include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interacting with the
public and dealing with emergency situations.

To succeed in this busy role you will have a bright, friendly and
outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customer
service focus. You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask
and handle pressure.
We expect intermediate
computer skills, ideally with PC based switchboard experience. However, we will
aptitude for this type of work can be demonstrated, as full training will be
given.
Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ
approved COVID-19 vaccinations as they have direct contact with patients and
members of the public.
