We are looking for two night shift telephone operators for our busy call centre at Nelson Hospital.

This is a diverse role with plenty of variety and would appeal to people who enjoy a challenge and job satisfaction. Key duties include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interacting with the public and dealing with emergency situations.

**Position 1**
- Working 24 hours a week (0.6FTE).
- Shift**:11.00PM to 7.00AM, every Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.**

**Position 2**
- Working 16 hours a week (0.4FTE).
- Shift: 1**1.00PM to 7.00AM every Friday & Saturday.**

Ideally you will have the flexibility to work additional shifts, from time-to-time, covering staff leave and illness.
