**Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)**

We are looking for a night shift telephone operator for our busy call centre at Nelson Hospital.

This is a diverse role with plenty of variety and would appeal to someone who enjoys a challenge and job satisfaction. Key duties include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interacting with the public and dealing with emergency situations.

**Shift**:11.00PM to 7.00AM every Wednesday and Thursday.**

Ideally you will have the flexibility to work additional shifts on occasions, covering staff leave and illness.

To succeed in this role you will have a bright, friendly and outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and remain clam under pressure.
