Auckland City, New Zealand Myjobspace Full time

My client is a very successful company that provides equipment repair and maintenance services to the dental industry across New Zealand. They are true leaders in their industry, with no real competitors and are in a massive growth phase.

**The Role**:
Due to company growth, they are seeking a very switched-on Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their Penrose based team.

This is a busy phone-based role, where you will be first point of contact for customers, taking and logging service requests, organising service technician visits and ensuring that the customer is communicated with, at each stage of the process.

The company offers a great culture and opportunities to grow professionally and learn and develop beyond this role. (Especially for someone who can grow to support their Operations Manager).

**In a nutshell the role will be**:

- Gathering information from the customer to describe the fault
- Booking jobs into the service calendar & organising a field technician's visit
- Follow up all open jobs until they are closed
- Preparing an invoice.
- Ensure customers are communicated appropriately around any issues, delays, pending jobs, outstanding parts.
- Preparation of quotes and customer reporting
- Building a relationship with the Service Technicians and the company's customers.
- Enthusiasm to pick up project work and assist the Operations Manager

**About You**
- Very customer service oriented. Good communication skills
- Some technical nous. Could come from a technical customer service role.
- Enjoys a busy environment
- Able to juggle the phones and admin work
- Enjoys having a bit of banter and will develop positive relationships with both customers and the team
- Some previous technician scheduling experience would be great
- Process and systems driven. Efficient and effective
- Good geographical knowledge of Greater Auckland will help
- Organised. Good time management. Deadline driven.
- High level of attention to detail
- Oodles of common sense & a desire to learn
- Upbeat personality - Definite sense of humour. Not too precious

**You will thrive in a busy environment, and you enjoy a laugh or two, working with a very supportive and friendly team.**

**This is an AWESOME team in a great environment - Don't Miss it**

**Great $$ and Career Progression**
