**The Role**:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Supply, Inventory & Distribution Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of our supply chain, inventory, and distribution processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments to align procurement strategies with sales goals.
- Manage freight solutions and track transit performance to maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement stock level plans, maintaining optimal inventory levels at mínimal cost.
- Supervise delivery and dispatching processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-performance standards.
- Foster a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing health & safety protocols for staff and visitors.
- Continuously improve distribution processes by reviewing and updating procedures manuals to reflect optimized workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage inventory levels and optimise stock control processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to health and safety regulations.
