**Responsibilities**:
1. Independently manage and execute the baking operations, overseeing the entire production process.
2. Prepare and bake a variety of items, including pies, pastry goods, sausage rolls, quiches, bread rolls, pie fillings, croissants, lamingtons, and custard tarts.
3. Develop and follow recipes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
4. Manage inventory and communicate supplies to manager to maintain production levels.
5. Uphold hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized bakery workspace.
6. Monitor baking equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance.
7. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and meet demand.
**Requirements**:
1. Work experience as a Baker or related positions, with expertise in producing a variety of baked goods.
2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
3. Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the baking process.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.
6. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
