**The Role**:
As an Executive Assistant with a focus on Recognition and Member Services, you will play an integral role in upholding our market leader status in real estate. Your responsibilities will include executing our esteemed real-time recognition program through market-leading technology platforms, along with coordinating regional recognition and training events in collaboration with our National Training Manager. Additionally, you will provide executive support to our Chief Agency Officer and offer broader assistance to our Leadership Team.
