Permanent Part time
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Using Xero and performing reconciliations
- Familiarity with project management software
- Payroll processing and checking/ensuring accuracy of timesheets
- Proficient use of Microsoft spreadsheets and other relevant software
- Daily written coordination of the team on specific projects
- Answering phone enquiries
**Salary**:
**We offer an hourly rate of $25-30 per hour, depending on experience. There is also a standby rate for on-call hours.**:
**Working Hours**:
- In-office: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- On-call Availability: Manage an admin phone that operates from 7 AM to 5 PM, with a standby rate during these hours.
Initially, the position may start with 3 or 4 days per week, transitioning to a full 5-day schedule. However these hours are flexible and can be discussed.
